Ezsh shell disallowed

 
ssh gateway  users are getting the error on ssh'ing to the ezsh shell. 
 

ssh bill@192.168.56.106

Ezsh shell disallowed.

Connection to 192.168.56.106 closed.

 
The user  needs to be explicitly given access to the backend shell in access control. As you can see below the user bill is being give exclusive backend access. You can grant the privilege to a user group as well under UserGroup->Action.
