Blank page when clicking add server
Make sure that you can connect to license.ezeelogin.com server port 80 and 443 from your ezeelogin installed server.
Using Telnet (Command Line):

If the connection is successful, you will see a blank screen or some response from the server. If the connection is not successful, you may see an error message indicating that the connection could not be established.
