Can we map existing user group in ldap to ezeelogin as ezeelogin user group ?

we have multiple group in ldap for different user which have different authorization groups, so if we map these user group via ldap  are these user will get authorized server to access ?

Yes, all you need to is create usergroup within Ezeelogin GUI by the same name as in LDAP and the ldap users would be automatically assigned to the same usergroup within in ezeelogin as it is in LDAP

  1. Create usergroups with same name as in Ldap in ezeelogin gui > Users > Usergroup

The ldap users would be automatically assigned to the same usergroup within in ezeelogin as it is in LDAP.

     2. If the a user in LDAP belong to multiple user group, you should set priority to usergroup, so that the user will be assigned to the usergroup having highest priority

Edit the usergroup or you can set priority while adding usergroup

You should set greater value for highest priority

If a user exist in multiple user group, then the user will import to the usergroup having higher priority

For example : If a user called Marc is member of devops team & system team and  If we give highest priority to system team(priority 5) and lowest for devops team (priority 3), the user Marc will import to higher priority user group systemteam.
